InTraDev Venture Studio is a leading venture studio in Africa with its Francophone West Africa Office in Lome, Togo, and corporate office in Accra, Ghana.
We are leading the next technology revolution by identifying, developing, and investing in deep tech companies.
We are serial entrepreneurs, innovators, business/product experts and mentors but most importantly, we design, fund and launch innovative companies through the timely transformation of high-potential concepts into profitable ventures
Our team, experience, and processes are designed to lower risk and cost, while reducing the time required to get to market. We focus on proving the solution up front with early adopter customers, and our shared service model is ready to create a brand, hire people, build business plans, and constantly assess risk and opportunities.
While each agreement is tailored to the individual circumstances, we generally do not require our co-founders to become a full-time resource. Our studio will lead the validation and realization effort.

How we build
Our Approach
First, we start with an idea for a new business, generated by your team or ours. We go through our four-stage process which includes: Discovery, Design & Preparation, Experimentation & Iteration, and Learning and Refinement
Discovery
We work with our clients to understand their new venture goals and strategic objectives. Secondary research and a collaborative workshop take place. A collaborative workshop takes place to capture the starting value proposition.
Design & Preparation
We identify and prioritise the key assumptions necessary to the success of the new venture. Agile experiments are designed to validate these assumptions.
Experimentation & Iteration
Our team conduct primary research and execute the chosen experiments. We pivot the value proposition & iterate experiments based off learnings to find problem-solution fit.
Learning & Refinement
We analyze the results of experiments, and validate/invalidate the key assumptions. Based on findings, we deliver a refined value proposition, and plan for the next steps.
Why a Venture Studio?
Venture Studios are solving the world’s biggest problems with the world’s best entrepreneurs. Because of this, the success of these startups is unprecedented.
84% of startups coming out of studios go on to raise a seed round. Of those startups that make it to the seed round, 72% raise a Series A. This is huge compared to traditional startups in which only 42% of ventures that get to seed make it to Series A. Ultimately, 60% of all companies created out of studios make it to Series A giving them a much higher chance of long-term success.
